This annual event is the life-long dream of sailor/entrepreneur Paul Mixon who has been sailing the BVI on vacation for over 26 years. Operating from his home, Mixon has successfully marketed this event on the Internet stating "When you have very little money to run your business, you must rely heavily on technology and volunteers. 99% of our participants are online and I have figured out a way to reach them."
